Stopped in for an oil/filter change a few days before my return road trip to Florida (snow bird) . The crew on duty was courteous and friendly, even offering a bottled water while I waited for service. The shop was busy when I arrived so I had ample time to observe and listen. The vocal communication between team members was impressively professional. My casual conversation with each worker was pleasant and respectful (I stayed in my vehicle). One employee was obviously in training . The support and encouragement he received from senior employees was quite virtuous.(I even witnessed a fist-bump/ good job) There was no pressure to "over sell" any products or services I did not request. Overall , a positive experience with service provided in a timely fashion at a reasonable price by competent technicians.
Went there for an oil change and had the best experience with 2 of the greatest oil changers.... FRIENDLY funny very informative. I had questions they had answers for everything. There was a misunderstanding on my part but the manager took excellent care of me. I told MANY people about this place already and they will be checking it out as well. I will be back. Great job guys. Miss you already. Cya
Incredibly quick service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and they don’t upsell you on anything that you don’t need. They make sure they give the best service possible, along with any additional service you request. Chaz and Cornell were great to me and it was my first visit there
