Took one of my daughter’s car for an oil change on Transit Road. Service was exceptional, however it was about $30 more than an oil change on my wife’s car at Mavis last week. Also, I was told to get the level of oil above core or my daughter’s warranty would be void which I never heard of before, but I took the technician’s word. FYI - I took my other daughter’s car (exact same model and year, just different color) on Elmwood Avenue and didn’t have to get the higher priced oil. So either one of my daughters’ car warranty is void or I was conned… please tell me which one it is…
Stopped in for an oil/filter change a few days before my return road trip to Florida (snow bird) . The crew on duty was courteous and friendly, even offering a bottled water while I waited for service. The shop was busy when I arrived so I had ample time to observe and listen. The vocal communication between team members was impressively professional. My casual conversation with each worker was pleasant and respectful (I stayed in my vehicle). One employee was obviously in training . The support and encouragement he received from senior employees was quite virtuous.(I even witnessed a fist-bump/ good job) There was no pressure to "over sell" any products or services I did not request. Overall , a positive experience with service provided in a timely fashion at a reasonable price by competent technicians.
First time, definitely not last. I was very pleased with this operation. I picked them because of my work hours. I never seem to get out in time for the other places. Here they are open til 7 and that's a lifesaver. Johnny and Victor were very friendly and efficient. They seemed to be a great team and I was out of there in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend. 2nd visit, even better.
