Recently looking for a new quick oil change place due to moving from Buffalo, service 5/5 friendly, fast, attentive and gave great tips and very knowledgeable the service agent Nathaniel H was a great help, he greated with a smile and a nice cold bottle of water for both me and my wife! and helped my car get better gas milage from only 41MPG to 51MPG (with purchase of fuel cleaner, filters, and better driving tips) let me know of what to look out for and told me the perks such as free services in between services like tire pressure and adding oil. will be going back here for the foreseeable future, with my cars for quick friendly service!
I was thoroughly impressed with the service! Nate, Donovan, and Kate were all so very knowledgeable when it came to my VW. I have gone to competitors and it took forever for them to figure out what oil my car took. This team had me in and out in no time Kate even took the time to reset my oil light on my dash. The competitors always sent me home having to figure it out myself. the prices weren't too bad either. I would definitely recommend take five oil change in Batavia! Keep up the good work!!
My granddaughter and I went here this afternoon. I had just gotten back from a trip to the Catskills and my oil needed to be changed! When I say this was an experience, I mean it was a trip!! It started with free water, went on to a discount, surprisingly a belly laugh while pulling in and it just went uphill from there! I was shown the reason for everything they recommended I do with no pressure. (Everything but the dirty oil and I'm sure they would have shared that too! 😂) When I said I couldn't afford it all they put it in order of importance, not price! I'm not sure how a trip to get an oil change turned into moment that we were still smiling about even after we pulled away, but it was! I highly recommend the entire team!
