I have a unique car and the oil change is not necessarily intuitive. The guys at Take 5 made sure of what they were doing, regimented a type of measure twice cut once procedure, and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner while also doing an excellent and thorough job as well. Above that, they were just a personable and friendly crew and I enjoyed the brief time I was there. All in all a great shop and one I have no qualms in returning too in the future.
The guys were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not in a hurry to get rid of me. They explained and visually showed me replacement filters needed and were helpful in suggesting other options and possible replacement alternatives. I had the windshield wipers replaced as well as oil change and filter. The experience was refreshing. Thanks. See you soon
Excellent Customer Service. Hunter and Chris were truly 5 star employees. When I arrived Chris greeted us with water bottles. Then immediately started to work with Hunter verifying everything they are doing during oil change verifying every single thing til the end. Filled up my washer fluid. Checked my wipers. Tire pressure. Replaced my air filter. In no time. Then wiped windshield and hood. Come check them out and tip the guys they deserve it. Thanks Chris Thanks Hunter
