I love it here! 💜 Normally, I completely dread the drag of having to get an oil change. I hate having to wait! This place is amazing. Taylor and the rest of the employees that were there, (my sincerest apologies I didn't catch your names but you were all wonderful!) Thank you all for your excellent service, friendliness, and speed! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The convenience and customer service is worth far more than the price I paid. Will definitely be recommending this fantastic place :) *Update 8.27.26 * I'm continued to be impressed by the entire team when I visit. Always a spectacular experience when things like this usually drag. Thanks again!
As a girly who is mortified when she has to go in for any kind of car service because let's be honest ladies we usually get the sleezy sales person who tries to up sale you on every single thing because we are "just a girl" 😂 who has to call her dad for everything to do with my vehicle 🤷🏻 no shame in my game. This experience was a breath of fresh air. From the polite woman who walked me through the service and gave my a water bottle.. to all the techs who were ever so patient with me while they tried to get me to park in the correct position. To the sales man who made sure everything was explained to me in full and took the time to SHOW me what parts were absolutely necessary which ones I could wait on. They even gave me a little ticket with notes to take back to my Dad 👌🏻 I was very appreciative of the customer service the quality of the service and the speediness I was In and out and safe to get on the road to El Paso. Thank you. 🙏🏻
They were a little understaffed when I came in, but everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with. Even though the wait was a little longer than expected, they made the experience quick and easy. They were especially accommodating with the heat, offering water and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. Since this was my first time there, I really appreciated how thorough they were and how they took the time to explain everything to me. Great customer service and a job well done! I’ll definitely be back!
