Phenomenal experience! Best service by the entire crew ever! Super organized, courteous, communicated exactly what was happening, explained things superbly, fast but thorough! I found out there was a recall on my vehicle I didn't know about that had to do with the back-up camera and it just so happened my back-up camera hadn't been working for months and I thought it was something I would have to fix at my expense.. turns out Ford has to fix it for free! I had been going to Jiffy lube for years but decided to try Take 5 cause they were new in town and Im so glad I did. They're my go to guys (and gals) for car maintenance issues! Good job Take 5! Truly much appreciated!
I was thinking to myself as they were doing my service and other people service of how organized they were!. They called out every step they took to complete the service to verify with another person to verify it was done correctly. Who does that?! It was awesome and in the end I was more than confident that they had not missed anything. They even had me rev up the rpm’s to circulate the oil and then rechecked and verified with me that the oil level was perfect. No on has ever done that. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, the price was excellent. Customer service was superb. They brought me water and explained the wait time and checked back on me and everyone else waiting not that we waited long. Everyone worked as an organized team. I was just very impressed and I will return and highly recommend them.
They were very nice and very professional, and I really liked that they took the time to explain things on why I needed them. They helped me learn a lot about the new car so I really appreciate it. They are also very safety forward which is a lot better than a lot of mechanical shops around here. I will be coming back every time and so will my mom when she saw how amazing they were.
