This place has amazing customer service and I want to give a special shoutout to their manager. I stopped here as a pit stop during a roadtrip. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us with a cold bottle of water. They were very professional and quick with their service (all took about 15 minutes - we were there first thing in the morning though). The manager explained a few things about the car to us and gave us solid advice for safety and such on our roadtrip. Great demeanor, great attitude, great service. I highly recommend!
This is by far the best oil change experience I have ever had! You dont have to get out of your vehicle and they start the process by giving you a bottled water, and kindly gave my kiddos fruit snacks as we waited for them to finish, the offer coupons and it didn’t take longer then 10 minutes from start to finish! The manager Alan was very nice and so were the rest if the guys that work there! I 10 out of 10 recommended this location! Also, pricing was also 10 out of 10!
I had a wonderful experience !! Two brothers were holding down the station , one of them was named Juan . Juan and his brother checked my car and along with their records and discovered that I wasn’t due for an oil change . They explained to me that my oil sensor was set to a lower setting for mileage (3000) and that I had few thousand miles to still go . They were very supportive and printed me a new mileage sticker so that I would know when to return . Great service !
