The gentleman who did my oil change were very nice and quick to get it done, even gave us bottled water because of the heat. The manager was very polite and helpful, making sure to show us the old air filter before asking if we wanted a replacement.They also checked my tire pressure and made sure they’re properly filled. I appreciate when shops of any type take the time to make sure they are getting the correct service and asking before they touch other stuff, and they did that perfectly. Will be returning.
My company has been using take 5 for oil changes and maintance for over a year. The customer service was always okay. When Jett became the manager of the location we noticed a significant change for the better. His leadership skills are crucial to the functionality of the location. The team runs more efficiently as well as retaining staff. Since Jett has worked at the facility we have seen consistent employees servicing our fleet. We appreciate you Jett, and will be continued customers at take 5 because of your proffesionalism and kindness. Thank you so much
My new go to for my vehicle's service needs. The Mgr Jett was fantastic. Upon arrival he greated me at my car with an ice cold bottle of water. Really nice touch on a hot summer morning. He then fully explained each service and prices they offer. Harley was also super informative and extremely courteous as well. Outstanding professionalism from the staff from the start. The service was really quick, never having to exit my truck. In and out in less than 15 mins. What more can you ask for? Go to Take 5 on Montgomery and San Pedro and see those guys. Really Awesome experience and I will be back with my personal vehicle. Thanks Fellas!!
