I’ve been back again for another oil change and the service was just as amazing. Greeted with a cold water bottle, It is quick, they are so informative, friendly and not pushy to purchase something unnecessary. They are friendly with the kids, and really do their due diligence. Very impressed once again. The whole team is great each time! My daughter also noticed a girl changing the oil and liked that a girl can do anything she wants! Happy with the price and service and will gladly drive across town to service my car here and wish more places were as service oriented! Purposely looked for a place within 10 or so miles from home that was highly rated in service. Take 5 was definitely about 10 miles away and worth the trip. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and worked well together. You basically wait in the car while they, as a team run down all the must do items and one writes it up as they go. They offer coupons online, they will top off all your fluids as needed, they washed my front window and I was in and out. I’ll definitely be back for future oil changes. Wish all auto maintenance was this straightforward, quick and reliable.
Was at whitney ranch location on sunset rd. Courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything well. Got a oil change and inside cabin air filter and the price was really good. I asked if i needed one in engine compartment, he took it out knocked some dust off of it and said it looked fine. That is a honest place. And all fluids and tires were checked. Im now a take five customer for sure. Was always a valvoline customer but not any more.
Wow!! This establishment was amazing. I only had a short time before an appointment, so I decided to see if it was actually gonna be as quick as they say. I will be going there from now on I will be telling all my friends I was there maybe 10 minutes completely satisfied from every aspect from the beginning to the end!! everyone was very polite and courteous it was a great experience that I’ve never had before getting an oil change. Every single time I get an oil change it’s minimum an hour. So thank you and I’ll be seeing you soon :)
