Both employees that I interacted with were professional, friendly, and presented themselves as experts. It was very hot and who I believe to be the manager greeted me with a cold bottle of water. They worked as a team and got me in and out quick.
I had a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Mid Rivers Mall Drive. From the moment I pulled up, the team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which isn’t always the case with car maintenance! The staff was genuinely helpful, explaining my options without being pushy or making me feel like I was being "upsold" on things I didn't need. It’s such a relief to find a shop where the crew actually seems to enjoy what they do.
The men were professional, speedy and mannerly. They showed me the dirty filter before I got the new one, so I knew for sure I needed it. I will come back here every time for an oil change.
