I got an oil change and they replaced my air filter. They also topped off my coolant for free They told me that I can come in to get my oil checked and topped off for free and that after the 5th oil change will be free. They also helped me reset my oil light on the dash and I appreciate that bc im just a girl. They were really fast and made it super easy and convenient. They made a few suggestions and explained what everything was but there was no pressure to do anything extra to the car. The main thing that I liked about them though is that they had one person work on the car and then had a different person inspect it to double check that everything was done properly and they actually called out everything they were checking and saying if it was good.
7/272026 I went in for a standard oil change service with a $25 coupon. Service was completed as expected, boring. Boring is good. The next day I began to notice small oil puddles where the car had been parked so I returned to Take 5 wondering if maybe the drain plug was cross threaded or just loose enough to allow oil to pass through. Ashley informed us that our drain plug was defective and offered to replace the problematic part, oil filter and perform the oil service again just to make it right. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding customer service without having to ask; Ashley and the team went above and beyond and all I got initially was a basic oil change. Would recommend!
I took my sister’s car in to get an oil change while she was on vacation and Amanda and Taylor greeted me warmly and professionally. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind as they both were keeping conversation while performing their jobs on another vehicle. Taylor was incredibly quick and thorough with the oil change while Amanda ran though all the options and descriptions of what was going on, as well as going through the current noted recalls for her car and options on how to go through the process of getting it fixed. Overall an amazing experience (despite the St. Louis heat) and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
