Amazing, above and beyond service. They not only did a great job on my oil change but they were very hospitable with giving my toddler a juice box and snack while we waited. They also went above and beyond by helping me get my spare tire back under my truck when the dealership forgot to put it back. They could have easily said no but they went above to help me. Very nice, professional group of team members!
I came in for a routine oil change. The 3 guys that helped me all worked as a team to get my car serviced quickly. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly. I was greeted with a cold water and they also cleaned my windows. Great job Rockhill Take 5 Staff!!!
I previously went to a Take 5 off Lindbergh, and they forgot to replace my plug after an oil change. So my car leaked oil everywhere. I ran into an employee of Take5 while at work, he took a look under my hood and referred me to Devon at the Rock Hill location. I went to the RH location on my lunch break and the staff completely blew me away! I was greeted by a female mechanic with a bottle of water. Then I was introduced to Devon who took immediate action with my vehicle. He fixed the issue topped off my fluids, gave me snacks and juice. When it was time for me to leave I tried to pay for my services. They declined and told me, Take5 had to make it right since Take5 made the mistake. I bursted into tears instantly. That staff is incredible! I tipped them then left. That’s my new go to location now!
