I always wondered why this business was not busy, but after my first visit, I understand why they are not. My oil change was less than 15 minutes, and I did not have to see in an uncomfortable lobby waiting. I have been avoiding an oil change because most places require an appointment, abd it always takes an hour+. Then they try to upscale in anything! Take 5 made it easy to come and go. My Saturday was not wasted in just waiting for a car service. It is a little more expensive, but the time I saved was important!
This was my first time visiting take 5 and it is a pleasure to give this positive review. The were friendly, respectful, and I felt they were honest and fair, truthful about what didn't need done, absolutely no pressure purchasing; I will definitely use them again.
Thank you for taking such great care of my mom during her oil change. She felt at ease, very pleased and was very delighted she found her new go to place for her oil change. You guys were meticulous and ensure to update and reset all alerts for her next oil change. As she mentioned to you all- she likes it here and she’ll be back! Thanks again!
