A pleasant surprise. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything going on and informed me of possible issues to keep an eye on. I will be a repeat customer. I've used other quick lube businesses before (walmart,jiffylube,penzoil lube) and take 5 has set a new standard. I've recommended take 5 of Poplar Bluff MO to 3 friends and will tell more. Gibson and joey !!!!!Take 5! I pulled in with an unexpected car issue, and Gibson and joey immediately stepped up to help me , completely going above and beyond what I expected. Beyond their excellent mechanical help, they were so sweet and polite to me and my girls. It was a hot day, and they made a point to check on us and hand out cold water bottles to ensure we stayed completely comfortable and cool . As a parent, finding a trustworthy place where my kids and I feel safe and respected means the world. Thank you so much for the outstanding service and kindness, will definitely be back guys thank
Went there for the first time on Sunday. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk too, offered water and a popsicle to my kid that was in the back seat. I felt comfortable, and was very pleased with my experience. Ill definitely be going back in.
