I am from Michigan and used Take 5 up there and was so glad to see that they were hear too. The Independence staff was absolutely amazing even though it was 108 fell like temperature, I was having problems getting an oil filter for the vehicle, before I realized that Take 5 was in Missouri. I got there, the 2 gentleman on staff researched, cross referenced and found the proper one, even at the latest hour on July 3rd. This is the kind of stuff that Take 5 does for their customers and why I will not use other places. They are always friendly, fast and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I hope they bring the car wash service to this location because the provide awesome service with that as well. Check them out!!
I always have a pleasant experience here, they were training a new member of thier team and I was very impressed with him and his co workers!! Thanks Kaleb, Kaiden, Huckleberry!! And a special thanks to my girl Payge, she is so friendly and always asks me how my Raccoon is doing!! She remembers me when I come in!! I appreciate customer service like that!!!!
James is very kind, professional and explains everything thoroughly to ensure that the customer is aware of what’s going on and properly educated. I feel confident in the service and attention my car is receiving. Overall Take5 is a great place to have your vehicle serviced and we have never had any subpar service. All employees work with care and keep the customer informed every step of the way!
