Absolutely, friendly, wonderful people, fast and genuinely care about taking care of my car explain thoroughly which oil to use. They always give you a bottle of water, which is appreciated. I like the fact that you stay in the car while they’re doing the Service. Another excellent service on Friday same review with an add on Always the same personnel had a wiper blade replaced always weary of the quality of the wiper blades from places like this but they had exactly what I would buy at an auto parts store Jasper
I simply loved your establishment! Zac was the young man who assisted me. He was fabulous! I am 69 and 3/4 and Zac was just what I looked forward to experiencing. So professional and yet down to earth and reachable. I knew where nothing was on my Cadillac! I didn’t even know how to lift the hood. Zac didn’t make me feel embarrassed or dumb in fact quite the opposite! He showed me and explained everything to me and even other features on my car. He is someone to keep at your establishment and also ideas a trainer for others coming in. Last but not least Give that young man a RAISE and tell him I said he is more than deserving. While waited in my stall I watched him with the other techs as well as customers and he is the one to acknowledge! Go Zac and I will be back and when you say open the hood- don- I will… Sincerely Ms Eikerenkoetter!
Overall, fantastic! I showed up at 10:20am was greeted by a guy and pulled into the bay right away. One thing, it took 25 minutes and there was only one other car there. I wasn't too happy about that. I had 40 minutes before my appointment I didn't think it would be problem. I DID end up making it to my appointment. So it's all good. I'll be back for sure.
