The staff was very professional and kind. They paid attention to detail, as far as checking all my levels and my filters. They also offered me additives, To clean my fuel injectors. They honored my coupon. The service was five star. I highly recommend it. Mainly because they showed me my oil level after they added the oil, and made sure they checked for any leaks caused by the oil change. And I thought that was very professional and proved that they show attention to details. I highly recommend this particular business in Columbia Missouri. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
The team did a great job of communicating with each vehicle letting us know when they’d be getting to us. Each car was offered a cold bottle of water from a mini fridge which was a nice touch. I will say they were busy and the time it took to get to my vehicle was longer than some previous visits but still very reasonable. It was a nice day with a great breeze so the wait was comfortable as well. Price for my synthetic blend and extra needed for my vehicle make and model was about the same as some competitors in town. The difference was these guys actually spoke to you and addressed me as Mr. Josh. A little formal but he was sincere and respectful when he addressed me in that manner. Reviewed everything with me in detail regarding my services including what was done , the name of each tech who worked on my vehicle and a coupon to use on my next visit. All in all this team worked well together and should be commended by corporate for a job well done. I will recommend them to my numerous clients, family and friends. Kuods team. You’ve earned it.

The individuals at this particular service station are educated and professional. I will definitely return for my next oil change if not before as they offered a complementary Check up and top offafter 2000 miles. Keep up the great work
