Redd and his teammate Zey did an excellent job. I'm new to the area and I previously went to the dealership for my first oil change in the St Louis area. I was already not impressed with them for overcharging me and now I found out they damaged my drain plug! Luckily, Redd and his team were able to get the stripped plug off my car and change my oil. Once that was completed, I was in and out quickly. They were so polite, friendly, and professional. They even gave me a cold bottle of water to drink while I waited for my service. The convenience of not having to wait for days to schedule an appointment and then having to avoid the hassle of waiting hours for the service to be completed was priceless to me. Even though my service took a little more time because of the stripped plug which was NOT their fault, I was still in and out in less than 20 minutes. I'm very happy with the service they provided and the customer experience. I highly recommend you check them out on the Rock Road in Bridgeton.
Will definitely be back to take 5 oil change in Bridgeton again, Dw & his crew were very professional, did an amazing job, and had me In And out quickly, and did not pressure me to buy services I didn't need. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys. Could use some more staff, seem to always be a little short staffed, and the staff they have seem to be a little over worked, but they do a great job, they all need a pay raise.
Great experience today at Take 5 in Bridgeton. I arrived as the guys were working on other cars, and was still in and out in less than 30 minutes. Redd and the team had a great lighthearted and friendly energy - he only tried to upsell me on things I actually needed. I’ll be back!
