This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! Joy was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable with all the information she gave and explained it to me with confidence and I felt as if she was treating me like she would have her own mom. Just wanted to take care of me! ;) Jakob was so respectful and caring as well! Explaining exactly what he was doing and even though the heat was extreme (and we all know it has been bad) they still did their job without complaint! I will definitely be back! I've been to this location quite a few times and always had a decent experience. I used to stop in for air in my tires up to 2-3x between oil changes because my old car would lose pressure from the weather. They were always fast and friendly about it, I think just checked that my car was in their system, and then filled my tires. They would ask if I wanted any fluid levels checked or anything, but weren't pushy about doing anything else. I really hope you did not keep the guy who made us back up and rearrange 3x because he kept lining us up at the wrong bays!
Take 5 is the best place to get an oil change period. They are fast, efficient and get the job done right. Zach and his crew are true professionals. Update 9/4/2026: Still 5 stars!! Joy runs a tight ship and the efficiency of her crew is amazing. They are a well oiled machine and get you in and out quickly. I am still just as impressed with my service as I was when I last went. Impeccable location and people here.
