I had an amazing experience at Take 5 thanks to Mr. James getting an oil change! His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Employees like him are hard to find these days. Mr. James goes above and beyond for his customers and truly deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. If anyone deserves their own store, it’s Mr. James! Thank you for making my visit such a great experience. Highly recommend! 🚗👏🏾🙌🏾
It was a Sunday and I needed my yearly oil change and this place was open. I used to take my vehicle to Classy Chassis, but they're not in business anymore or not open on a Sunday. I don't do business with people that are not open on weekends. I have a 97 GMC Sierra and only use Mobile One Synthetic which Take 5 had. The shop oil technicians did a professional job so I have no complaints on that part. My only complaint is that they do not lubricate grease fittings, do any type of transmission or differential fluids along with fuel filters.
Very nice employee's PASCAGOULA all have Very nice personality ARABIAN she was awesome Very polite and friendly keeps u smiling the whole time with her personality and she explains everything to u...the manager was nice patient wit calling and getting approved wit the fleet OVER ALL THEY ALL ARE FRIENDLY RESPECT AND HELPS EACH OTHER.... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM....
