Oil Change in Meridian, MS at 2108 N HIlls St.

I was very pleased with the way things were taken care of with my car. Jasmine I believe was her name, had a very hard time getting my wipers off and replaced. But she never gave up. The other two guys, I can’t remember their names, worked very well together also. They each called out the checks they were doing. Another customer came up while they were working on mine and tried to start trouble. All they told him was, he needed to go around the back, but he wouldn’t listen to them. He got out of his vehicle and proceeded to “step up” and try to fight. But none of the workers were having it. They shut him down too quick. I will be back when the time comes for my oil change.

First time going here. They were very nice. It was a bit pricier than I expected. However, they did air up my tires, check all the fluids, check the blades, and they did show me my air filter, which was well past its prime. So the higher price did include a air filter and high mileage oil. All in all everyone was very friendly. They're open late. The only thing is make sure that you go past what looks like the entrance because you actually go around behind the building and pull through. The signage is a bit hard to see.

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change all thanks to Willie and Jatavious. They were professional, welcoming, and kind. They took the time to keep me informed throughout the service. Exceptional customer service is not common nowadays but these two set the standard. Their hospitality and attitudes made such an impression that I would return for future service because of them alone. Thank you Willie and Jatavious for making a routine errand such a pleasant experience.
