I went to the Take 5 in Gluckstadt, on Gluckstadt Rd. Great customer service , the Guys were super nice and helpful. It seemed like one man was training another one for this job, and they were both doing awesome . I also noticed how professional everyone was, and they worked together as a team . I had to wait a few minutes because they were super busy but that was no big deal . It was hot outside, they were super busy and short handed and still provided excellent service , kept me informed with everything they were doing and of course offered me that free bottle of cold water . I will definitely be back
Nice staff but little attention to detail. My 5.7L Hemi takes 6.6 quarts of oil. I got a change and within 200 miles I'm runningengine error codes in my truck. Oil pressure out of range, VVT Error code, crankshaft retard disabled, and knock sensor. We troubleshoot for 2 weeks so I didn't drive my vehicle. Changed Knock sensors and they still registered. Decided to change my oil this weekend and drained out 8 quarts. Codes cleared themselves but I ended up with oil on my air filter since it backed up into my PCV System.
After visiting for a hardware issue (something was hanging down from underneath the front of my car), I was stunned by this place. It started with a bottle of water, simple gesture but great first impression, check and check! They quickly told me what it was, began to fix it and while that was happening, my tires were checked and air replenished as needed, my fluids were checked and tipped off and an associate was getting my information as I sat happily in my car. I decided to get windshield wipers while I was there. They replaced the blades, had me test them to assure I was happy and then took the time to clean my windshield thoroughly. I had a team of 3 helping me, all for a minimal task! I left and paid only for the wiper blades, no service charge, nothing. Oh, they also replaced a tire valve cap by default, pulling one from a jar filled just for people like me who are driving unaware with a missing piece. I left a lengthy review because I couldn’t not, I was beyond impressed. This is my new go to!!!!!!
