They have friendly, knowledgeable staff that always take time to make sure I know exactly what they are doing. They check my tires' air pressure; and my windshield wipers' quality to see if I need replacements. They go above and beyond what they have to do to make sure I feel valued as a person, as well as a customer. I appreciate the way they handle their business. Five stars way up! The team at Take 5 in Laurel, MS was exceptional! Andrew and Brandon went out of their way to make me comfortable. I was greeted within seconds of pulling up with a smile and a cold bottle of water. The team’s professionalism is unmatched. I would highly recommend them. My car oil change was efficient and speedy! The team “ran like a well oiled machine!” Thank you so much!!!
Great price. Gavin was my service writer he was great and Baker was my MOD I’m guessing “manager on duty” i really liked his hair but he talked to me near the end, but Gavin was great help and i was able to get new wipers and a air filter Gavin was friendly and left a smile on my face and listened to me like he wasn’t in a hurry even though they where busy so i know he was but it was great and i loved the experience will be returning, if someone reads this that works there tell that Gavin guy he’s cute<3
