I needed an oil change and was told of this spot recently opening up near my work. When I arrived, Eli greeted me at my car with a water bottle and got me pulled in to the bay right away. From there, Jordin explained my oil options thoroughly so I knew the benefits for each type. They both worked together to complete my oil change - adding wiper fluid, checking my tires, checking my air filters, etc. When I wasn’t sure if I wanted to change my air filter, Jordin did not pressure me into the decision and ultimately left it up to my choice, though I did ultimately decide to have them change it for me. By the end, they made sure to show me the new oil level and check in with me on how my service was. The level of care and kindness meant a lot to me, especially as someone needing some quick help after work to get my car right. I was in and out within 15 minutes! Thank you to both of them - I will definitely be returning for my top-off and my next oil change!
Service was quick and easy. I came in for an oil change and that was exactly what I got. There was no attempt to sell me additional services that I don't need. Only downside I would say is that service was too quick for me to make a dent eating my take out order. 5/5 for honesty and efficiency.
After my past experiences with Valvoline I decided to come here. Hands down the best service a quick lube can offer! Benji and Manny have a great team, are knowledgeable and professional. No bs upselling, they are quick to the point and got me out in 10 minutes. I will be telling my friends and family to come here.
