This place is fantastic! I went there with my kiddos shortly after their grand opening, and it was such a great experience that my 4 year old keeps asking if we can go get another oil change 🤣 The service was incredibly fast, and they even gave my kids fruit snacks and juice pouches. They were extremely polite, kind, and friendly, and they're skilled at explaining their services. They don't pressure you to spend extra or buy more than you need - they just clearly explain what your options are, and give transparent advice. With speedy service that felt like a fun adventure to my kids, I will definitely go back!
This location is fantastic! Shawn and Manny and the rest of the staff (sorry I didn’t note the other 2 names) are so friendly and helpful. You are greeted with a smile and cold water. You remain in your car while the work is done unlike at the dealership where you get out and wait for what seems like forever. They give you a sticker that actually reminds you to return at the midway point. When you return they will check your oil level and top off — which I did and got a quart added (at no additional cost as long as you return before the miles printed on the sticker) I highly recommend!!!
The sign said don’t, but I did. I walked in to the bay. Manny met me to ask how he might help me, and I told Manny that a friend of mine mentioned he trusts his fleet service to Take 5 Rogers. I told Manny that I don’t have good experience with oil change franchises (includes cross-threaded damage). Manny explained the whole process, what choices the customer has, and who his staff is, and Take 5 had the exact oil I would use to change oil myself. So I went ahead with the service. Fast, informed, observable - I like the reasonably priced service🙂 once I was out of the bay, I stopped at a nearby parking lot to pop the hood and make my final evaluations. 1.Was the oil cover over-tightened so I could never check the oil myself? 2. Were there any things out of place or loose? Both passed and this crew gained my trust. Recommended✅
