Take 5 did a great job at getting my services done quickly but most importantly their customer service was top notch! Each staff member was friendly and detail-oriented. I had my oil changed and both filters replaced. In addition to this my tires were filled and fluids topped off. I was in and out within 15 minutes. My pups were even included with treats! I We have a running joke in Stillwater that we have so many oil change shops but this one is definitely worth your time and money!
A metal plate underneath my car was not screwed back on properly and fell down and began dragging on the ground a couple hours after my appointment; I will be heading back for the staff to fix the issue. Also, is there a way to ensure the oil change warning light gets reset? I feel like oil change places should just make sure to do this for their customers. Maybe make a good old fashioned checklist to make sure everything is wrapped up properly. Friendly service, so thank you for that! **I did go back, and the staff were very friendly and helpful and committed to fixing the issue and making it right! Customer service gets 5 stars!!
