Miguel and his team at Take Five did a stellar job managing my expectations, advising me of current and future automotive recommendations to be performed, and those were that were optional. The overall service experience was pleasant and the team remained very kind, professional and courteous throughout. I also felt that their pricing was both fair and on par with what their competitors are offering. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great customer service! Right away I was offered water, juice and fruit snacks for my kids. The water was ice cold and refreshing. They didn't make me feel pressured into extras but made me aware of what was needed (air fliters) and what was still in good shape (wipers). They were quick, efficient, polite, transparent and respected my personal space. They also helped me redeem my $25 coupon without any hassle. They admitted they are not as cheap as some of the competitors but they really go the extra mile. They said I can come in any time before I am due for my next oil change for a free top off ( I forget exactly what it was but I think some oil if needed and fluids).

Went in on a Sunday around 9:30am for an oil change and tire rotation. Two cars were ahead of me being serviced, but there was no real line or wait to speak of. I was greeted right away and even handed a cold bottle of water while I waited, small touch, but appreciated. The staff were professional and courteous the whole time. They walked me through my options clearly and never once tried to push extra services on me, which I really respected. Only hiccup was that this particular location doesn't have the equipment to do tire rotations (apparently other Take 5 locations do), so I wasn't able to get that done. That was on me for not checking ahead of time, not on them, they were upfront about it and handled it well. Still giving them 5 stars for the service, speed, and honesty. Would come back for my next oil change.
