I had the most delightful experience at this location! They did not try to upsell me on anything like other quick change oil places do. He explained when some things should be replaced based on mileage but left it at that. They greeted me with a bottle of water and cleaned my windows as well. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! Overall, I highly recommend. They are also open until 8:00pm which is a huge plus!
Wow! I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Schoenherr in Warren! From the moment I pulled in, the team was beyond welcoming, offering me water and making sure I was comfortable while they worked on my car. The lady who helped me was incredibly sweet! Her name was Kate, the assistant manager, and she was absolutely amazing, truly the best! Nick was also fantastic and super helpful! They walked me through every step of the process, explained everything in detail, and even installed my new windshield wipers. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism, they checked my filters and provided helpful information without any pressure to buy extras. The entire experience was quick, seamless, and actually enjoyable. This team truly goes above and beyond, and I’ll 100% be coming back. If you need an oil change, this is the place to go! Very satisfied!!!
