5 stars all around. Everyone was incredibly kind, informative, and fast. They explained everything clearly and, more importantly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited — but the real way to earn my business is apparently giving Cinder some Milk-Bones. 😂 He was a big fan of the service too. Quick, honest, friendly experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Really excellent place. The team knows their stuff and told me things about my vehicle that I didn’t know (like that my engine tends to burn oil once it reaches around 80K miles.) Did some research thereafter and sure enough: they were absolutely right. Gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of the engine from there, and of course changed my oil. Will absolutely be back.
First time visiting Take 5 and I must say these amazing gentlemen provided the best customer service! I called looking for an oil change that wouldn’t take long due to my break. I spoke with Zay who provided me with excellent information that allowed me to make the decision to go. I was greeted with a bottle of water while I waited from the assistant manager Desmond. Desmond, Zay and Adam working efficiently and quickly to get me in and out at a reasonable rate. Very pleased with the experience I will continue my service with this location!
