5 stars all around. Everyone was incredibly kind, informative, and fast. They explained everything clearly and, more importantly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited — but the real way to earn my business is apparently giving Cinder some Milk-Bones. 😂 He was a big fan of the service too. Quick, honest, friendly experience. I’ll definitely be back!
First time visiting Take 5 and I must say these amazing gentlemen provided the best customer service! I called looking for an oil change that wouldn’t take long due to my break. I spoke with Zay who provided me with excellent information that allowed me to make the decision to go. I was greeted with a bottle of water while I waited from the assistant manager Desmond. Desmond, Zay and Adam working efficiently and quickly to get me in and out at a reasonable rate. Very pleased with the experience I will continue my service with this location!
Take 5 is seriously the only place I will go for my oil changes now! They are always so efficient, welcoming, and respectful. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 10-15 minutes to be seen, and am usually greeted and pulled in in the first 5 minutes (and they always offer a cold bottle of water too). Their higher end oil may be a little pricier than some other oil-change chains, but it’s definitely worth it!
