Take 5 is seriously the only place I will go for my oil changes now! They are always so efficient, welcoming, and respectful. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 10-15 minutes to be seen, and am usually greeted and pulled in in the first 5 minutes (and they always offer a cold bottle of water too). Their higher end oil may be a little pricier than some other oil-change chains, but it’s definitely worth it!
Two very nice fellas working on memorial day made getting my oil changed an easy and stress free process. One asked at the beginning if I wanted the full complete service with the product recommendations and such or if I just wanted a quick oil change and I appreciated that so very much. Whole process took 15 mins tops and they offered to wipe down my car at the end (it was very dirty lol) :)
Take 5 oil change on East Beline in Grand Rapids has Probably the best oil change service I’ve ever come across. Adam and his team were awesome. Water when I arrived. I received a coupon and windshield was cleaned. It was 100% best place and I only went bc the fox dealership was closed. Thank you! 5 stars
