Take 5 is great- so much better than Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Firestone and other franchise brands. While my first two experiences - which were 5 star in St. Petersburg, FL, this one was in Worcester MA and I can tell you they have the same high level standards of service. It was really reassuring to know their model is national and scales. Fair price, no wait, super polite and knowledgeable staff and of course the complimentary water bottle is great. (Got the basic oil change and with it comes top off liquids, as necessary for transmission, windshield, coolant, etc and tire pressure.). Definitely my top recommendation for basic car services.
The service was very good. Mechanics were attentive, pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that I was quoted a price on the phone for a synthetic oil change then when I got the other price was 35 $40 more. It's not the money it's just that it should be cut and dry they give you a price that's what it should be. Not sure I'd go back for that reason. It's the reason why I chose them because their price was compatible or better than their competitors.
Nathan was the best! He explained everything. Jacob was very detailed and they both were very professional and attentive to all issues pertaining to the vehicle. Great location to get your vehicle service. Like my experience I’m sure you will have a pleasant experience.
