I went there twice and had great service....no issues. But after reading all the issues others have had I'm not goin back. I feel I've been lucky. But I don't want to be there when my luck runs out. I have my mechanic do all my oil changes now.....no sales pitch, no upselling, no giving an oil change good for 10,000 but putting on the sticker 3,000 so I can come back for more upselling. I have piece of mind now and am sorry for all those who got their cars effed up by them. Guess I got outta dodge just in time.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was professional, friendly, and down to earth. AJ greeted me right away, handled everything smoothly, and made the whole process easy. Felix came by and took care of my cabin air filter replacement, explaining everything clearly without any pressure. Ethan and Nate worked under the hood and underneath the car, and they were fast, efficient, and thorough. The best part? I arrived with check engine lights on and left with none! The entire service felt smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I never even had to leave my car, which made the experience even better. Manager Jeff has built a great squad, and it shows. Between the fair pricing, efficiency, and excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for quality service. My only suggestion: get some music playing out there! Other than that, 10/10 experience.
I was overdue for an oil change due to being busy and I kept forgetting. One day I just drove up to them and they took care of me. I had never been there before. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood everything before starting any work. They told me what other services I would need and I’ll schedule those at a later date. Everyone was very nice. And the whole process was quick and easy.
