Everyone and everything was absolutely fantastic, I will be returning to the Springfield location on Post road for my next one aswell. The ease and courtesy and the first rate service I received was great. As someone who spent over 40 years in the automobile industry as a sales manager I can say without reservation I wish I'd had service departments who were half as good it would have simplified my job so much by freeing my time up to do my primary job. Great job guys!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast, professional, and the entire team was friendly from the moment I pulled in. A special thank you to Jeff, the manager. He was outstanding to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of without any pressure or upselling. It’s obvious he takes pride in running a great operation and providing excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a quick, honest, and hassle-free oil change, I highly recommend Take 5, and if you have the chance to work with Jeff, you’re in great hands. I’ll definitely be back.
I went there twice and had great service....no issues. But after reading all the issues others have had I'm not goin back. I feel I've been lucky. But I don't want to be there when my luck runs out. I have my mechanic do all my oil changes now.....no sales pitch, no upselling, no giving an oil change good for 10,000 but putting on the sticker 3,000 so I can come back for more upselling. I have piece of mind now and am sorry for all those who got their cars effed up by them. Guess I got outta dodge just in time.
