In less than 20 minutes I got my oil, coolant, engine air and cabin filters changed, all fluids topped off and tires checked. I even had them pour some fuel injector treatment in my gas tank, for good measure. The guys were friendly, courteous, explained each process before they were performed and even greeted me with a bottled water. I had an excellent experience at Take 5! Roy provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly. He took the time to explain what was being done and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. I also want to recognize his boss, Chevy, for the great leadership and customer service. You can tell this location values its customers and takes pride in providing quality service. Roy and Chevy are a great team and truly represent what excellent customer service should look like. Meech and Nick really helped me out. After going to 2 different places to get an oil change I was referred BACK to where I last went due to some stripped screws. Once I arrived I explained the situation and Meech and Nick took care of the problem without any questions asked. Made my day ALOT better, because I was prepared to go into battle and did not have to because of these two young men. Screws replaced and oil changed completed. Thanks Meech and Nick
