I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. Polly, the manager, was especially outstanding. She was extremely informative, explained everything clearly, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the visit. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely personable, but Polly made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The team worked efficiently, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. Excellent customer service like this is why I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service. The techs were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in doing their job. I came in for an oil change and the entire process done was detailed and explained thoroughly. I would like to recognize Chase and Jesse for great service that they made sure I received.
I’ve been twice in three months! I’ve had two oil changes and coolant flush! Very happy with service! Prices are a little higher but that’s the price of convenience for a quick no-appointment service! Very happy with service!
