Took care of an oil leak that a take 5 in Alabama was responsible for. They didn’t have to do this but they did. I showed up at 7:20 bc I work long hours and even though they closed at 8 with 100 degree weather they treated me with upmost respect and dignity. The manager was professional and courteous. The technician Paris was very polite and also very professional. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you guys, y'all saved my truck. They did this free of charge not only that but they also topped everything off. Have never been treated like this ever at any place let alone at an oil change stop. Thank you again guys.
This particular Take 5 (in Slidell, LA) was the best experience I’ve ever had! I hate having to get my oil changed but obviously it’s necessary for the health of the car. Between Dylan (MOD), Raven (Pit), Demitra (Safety) and even Gabriel (new trainee). My experience was top notch notch! The way they communicated with one another and made the oil change efficient as possible! I was blown away! I feel like this is the only Take 5 I will go to now! Other Take 5s maybe need to take some notes from this one!
Everyone here is super nice. I had to wait a while because they didn’t have enough oil for my car but Gabe and Chris the manager kept me very informed and comfortable while I was waiting. They were even nice enough to get a fan for me so I wasn’t sitting in a hot car with no air. The service was very professional and thorough, everything went as smoothly as possible.
