Absolute best oil change service I’ve ever received!! 10/10 highly recommend! A friend recommended I go here while in town from NY, so glad I went. The staff was very friendly, very professional, and thorough. I was only going to get my fluids topped off but when I pulled up & was given a bottle of cold water during my wait, my mind was slowly being changed. Then when I noticed how efficient they were taking care of everybody else, I decided to get a full oil change of which I needed anyway. I’ve never had service so thorough, they checked everything and corresponded with me the whole time on my vehicle. I felt sooooo much better about my car by the time I pulled off. Thank you guys for your superior customer service, I truly appreciate you guys.
My wait wasn’t long. I was offered a bottle of water. I also felt like they didn’t make up reasons for me to spend more money like many places do. I was told what filters and other potential parts didn’t need to be replaced. He used my carfax history to help me make decisions. I don’t ever remember anyone else pulling up my carfax history. He communicated everything he was doing with me. I was also appreciated by the staff with a unison cheer after showing my military ID and given 25% off. It was a pleasant experience.
Customer service was great. Ray, the manager explained every thing that was being done, checked and replaced my cabin air filter and I didn’t feel pressured to have an unnecessary service done like most dealership do. It did cost me a little more for an oil change than what the dealership charges me but I was completely satisfied with service. I had an oil change done and cabin filter replaced.
