From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Jamari welcomed me with a smile, handed me a cold bottle of water, and kindly asked me to pop my hood before guiding me forward. Amar directed me where to park and began servicing my car right away, while Mary assisted with the oil change and coolant. What impressed me most was how the team explained every step, showed me my air filter, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everything was completed in about five minutes, and after I paid, they thanked me for choosing Take 5. I’ve visited the Opelousas location several times, but this was by far my best experience. Excellent customer service from the entire team!

Amar had me park and turn off my car, and they got to work immediately. They kept me updated every step of the way, showed me my air filter, and explained everything they were doing. Mary also helped Amar with the oil change and coolant. The service was fast, professional, and completed in about 5 minutes. After I paid, they thanked me for my business. I’ve been to the Opelousas Take 5 several times, and this was by far the best customer service experience. I left confident my car was well taken care of. Highly recommend! They all did an excellent job! They need a raise !
I am so happy I just happened to see this Take 5, from this point forward this is my go to place for oil changes. The manager, Kadarius even though he was not feeling well, he was so courteous, helpful and pleasant, he didn’t stop working in the heat, his focus was changing my oil so I could get to the rest of my day. Lynda, the assistant manager, was exactly the same, helpful, courteous, informative and focused on giving me great service so I could get in and out. Thank you both Kadarius and Lynda, I will be recommending you to family and friends.
