Wow, you hear all those reviews of cars being damaged by Take 5, but I know accidents can happen. For some reason my oil pan bolt loosened. Totally freak accident. On camera everything was done properly. In any case, the oil leaked out a distance that I could have walked (so no major problem). I parked to schedule some classes at LSU New Orleans that’s when I noticed the issue. No lights or hazards. So I knew I was at least in good hands. I called Kenneth and he made it right. He corrected the issue despite his store being super busy with their grand opening. He also pressure tested my engine to make sure no damage to my car was done. We found the compression was excellent and he even worked on the car in the hail. I have never seen such dedication to correcting a problem in my life and I’m a coastal scientist. I’m proud and pleased to report that everything was fine. As a complimentary gift I also received 5 free oil changes and a differential refurbished due to the major inconvenience. I wish Kenneth and his team success and excellence as they have done the very right and just thing. Thanks again, Kenneth and Take 5 Oil Change at Tulane Ave.
Kenneth and his team at 5 Minute Oil Change were outstanding! They were fast, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. Kenneth took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure, and the team worked efficiently while providing excellent customer service. It’s hard to find a place that’s both quick and thorough, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend Kenneth and his team for anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I’ll definitely be back!
Thursday I stopped at this location, typically not the location i frequent. Ali was prompt and courteous greeting me in 5 seconds! there was another employee there who was polite as well, bummer I missed his name ! My reason for stopping was that my oil was low and I was within the requirements to get a top off. those requirements must be before the date of last oil change or 3k miles. no hassle, in and out in 15 min !! The grounds were spotless, especially for being on such a busy street. Recently they opened a Trader Joes on Tulane Ave. This area is improving by mountains and I am looking forward to this being my go to location. See ya'll soon !
