Driving long distances across state lines with my Hyundai Santa Fe & reaching 7,000 miles i needed an oil change as it's first time though it was to have it @ 8,000. Initially I went to a veteran owned Kia dealership in Lk. Charles, Hyundai dealership in same city, and was turned down due to the fact, "You didn't buy it from us" & we meaning the veteran owned & Hyundai dealership refused to help a disabled- war veteran that served several campaigns such as Iraqi Afghanistan, desert shield/desert storm etc. To do a simple oil change. Talk about unfriendly!!!! I CAN & WILL RECOMMEND these GUYS as @ Take 5 as they ARE COURTUOS, TIMELY, EFFICIENT, TAKING GREAT CARE AND BOTTOM LINE DID A GREAT JOB !!! HELPED A VETERAN IN NEED!!! I can say THEY ARE TRUE VETERAN FRIENDLY BUSINESS THAT "I" AM "HAPPY" TO "RECOMMEND "!!!!! ALL VETERANS SHOULD COME HERE TO SERVICE THEIR VEHICLES!!!! WHETHER IT IS BEFORE "JULY 4TH, OR ANY HOLIDAY" I CALL OUT TO THE COMMUNITIES THIS IS THE BEST TO GO TO!!! ESPECIALLY if dealerships give an excuse of "you didn't buy it from us" which is so lame!!! These guys explained the process and offered options such as a 10,000 mile full synthetic which i did buy to match the recommended from the manufacturer. In short, I RECOMMEND AND ENCOURAGE EVERYONE & ANYONE INCLUDING EVERY VETERAN to COME ENJOY THE "FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, AND CARING STAFF THAT TOOK THE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF THEIE CUSTOMERS!!! 5 STARS FOR THE BUSINESS!! I can say this business and staff HIT IT OUT OF THE BALL PARK.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Take 5! The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated that I could stay in my car the entire time while they changed my oil. They even offered me a complimentary bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Excellent customer service, fast, convenient, and professional. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Take 5 to anyone needing an oil change!
Service took quite awhile due to staff shortage but the manger kept me informed at all times, he did a great job in utilizing the manpower he had, he also informed that as it was a new facility he had only been allocated three techs, this was totally inadequate for any business that is open approximately 12 hours a day, as a former Director of Maintenance ( aircraft) I have a good idea of manpower requirements, also another contributing factor is that the Take 5 computer system could not find my truck as it had not been upgraded to show new trucks like mine a 2016 RAM1500 5.7ECOTECH
