I came into Take 5 for what I thought would be a simple coolant top-off, and I left completely blown away by the level of service I received. **Paige and James were phenomenal!** Paige took her time to explain everything to me from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and educational, and she made sure I truly understood what was going on with my car. Her knowledge alone made me trust her completely. She recommended additional services, which I will be back for I trust her because she took the time to educate me instead of just trying to sell me something. James followed up by showing me exactly what was going on using their meter and explaining the readings to me. The entire experience was professional, informative, and far beyond what I expected. I’ve been coming to Take 5 over the years, but this is the first time I have honestly been taken aback by the level of service. This is exactly the kind of talent and customer service that stands out to me. **Paige is an absolute gem.** James was great, and everyone else was incredibly friendly as well. I don’t know what y’all are doing over there, but please keep doing it! I am honestly scratching my head at the level of service I just received. **Kudos to Paige, James, and the entire team. I am totally blown away!**

I drove up for an oil change and was immediately greeted with a fresh water bottle and directed to a bay. Adam took my information and was super helpful providing me with updates on my vehicle. By the time I was set up to pay, they had already changed the oil (fasted location I’ve been too), topped off my tires, and were cleaning my windshield. The whole process was seamless, it felt like i got my oil change at a redlight lol. Highly recommend the Clearview location specifically!

The total oil change experience was not 10 minutes. Once I got into the bay in the shop I waited 15 minutes before they started my oil change, although there were a total of three bays and there were three or four people working there. Then, after they told me the different amounts for different grades of oil, when I inquired about the lower priced oil that was on their charge sign that the technician did not mention, which was a synthetic blend, the technician spoke for a negatively about it and strongly suggested I not use it. It would have cost $40 less. I was not certain what to do, confused by why that would have been offered as an option yet the technician was very negative about it, so I agreed to the $99 price, the lowest of the three options that she talked about. My impression was that the work that the technicians did was well done, and I appreciated that they detected a leaking gasket.
