From the moment I pulled up, the service was lightning-fast, professional, and genuinely friendly. A huge shoutout to Jared and Carvin — these guys are absolute rock stars! They were incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. Their knowledge about cars and oil types is top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about doing the job right. It’s rare to find technicians who are both super skilled and this personable. True to their name, the oil change was done in about 5 minutes, but they still took the extra step to check other fluids and make sure everything looked good. The facility was clean, the process was smooth, and I was back on the road in no time with peace of mind. If you need quick, reliable, and honest service, 5 Minute Oil Change is the place to go. My coolant light came on while I was bringing my kids home. I pulled into a Take 5 because it was the safest place to do so, and I remembered that they could check my fluids. I asked and they said they could help. The technician was able to explain what the problem was, fix it so that I could get home safely, and topped up the fluid. He went above and beyond what was necessary and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. I've always gone to Take 5 for convenience, but now they have a customer for life. Thank you!!!
The two gentlemen working on my car did a wonderful job. Unfortunately there were only two guys on the floor while the managers were upstairs ordering food and having a meeting. Maybe next time one of the managers can come down and help. Then it would actually be a five minute oil change instead of 1 hour.
