Oil Change in Mandeville, LA at 3849 Hwy 22.

I want to recognize two outstanding employees at the Hwy. 22 Mandeville location.Manager Daniel Patterson who greeted me a handshake and introduced himself and tech Liam Broome who preformed the service. Noticing oil drip from the rear end on my Expedition' late on a Sunday afternoon leaving on an road trip Monday I pull in to the Hwy 22 location not knowing if your company were able to check fluid level in rear end differential. Liam guided me into the bay , got under the truck within 2 minutes informed me he acknowledge my concern and told the fluid level was fine as when he opened the fill nut clean oil leaked out has it should and that he felt the oil level with his finger. Told me no charge to check and have a safe trip.These two young men are great representatives of your company and obviously take pride in their work and the company they represent.Please see that their supervisors and location owners see this letter.

I had previously always gotten my oil changed at home, but this time I tried out Take 5 and was very impressed by the speed and quality of service. Daniel expertly explained everything his team was doing, gave his recommendations for extending engine and transmission longevity, and offered (not pressured) to check out the air filters to see what needed changed (I needed both replaced badly). I also asked them if they could install some new wipers I had recently bought and they did that for me too. They were all very friendly too. Thank you guys, I think you've gained a returning customer.

The guys at Take Five were top notch today. They noted an issue with my coolant and recommended a flush that was much needed. They also were dealing with IT issues through the experience but were able to get it all sorted and had me in and out relatively quickly. They even applied a discount due to the IT issues, although it caused only a slight delay. Appreciate the service fellas! Zach and Daniel were great!
