I had an awesome experience at Take 5 in Leesville! Chris, the shop manager, was super friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the whole visit. The service was great, and you can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of customers. My only suggestion is that they need a swamp cooler in that shop! 🥵😂 Those guys work hard and absolutely deserve something to help keep them cool while they’re working, especially in this Louisiana heat! Great service and great people. I’ll definitely be back! 👏🏼
Absolutely wonderful shop. Not only were they fast and efficient with my oil change, they were also very informative and descriptive of what they were doing and why. Got my coolant flushed and they talked me through step by step what they were doing. They were very professional and extremely friendly, offering any and every discount available. We were even offered bottled water as we waited, and the wait time was not long at all!! Chris and Deante went ABOVE AND BEYOND, finding me deals and discounts to make sure I was able to get everything I needed done! I would definitely recommend Take 5 in Leesville for all your oil change needs!!!!
Service was wonderful! Technicians were honest and saved me some money by checking my car fax on my new car and informed me an oil change was not needed. He checked all my levels and air filters even though i went in for a service that ended up not being needed. They were so very helpful and I will definitely be going back.
