This place kicks A S S. Everyone here is so knowledgeable and helpful, kind and friendly- James’s performance is exceptional, he’s always going above and beyond for everyone as far as I’ve seen. Give that man a raise. Jess is kind and friendly and deserves so much more credit, and Damien is the go-to person for anything that’s wrong, so knowledgeable and cool.
Excellent service! Could see every single thing that they did, from filters that needed replacing and those that did not. I was ready for the "your air filter needs replacing" scam BUT they showed me my air filter which did not need replacing and told me it did not need replacing. What a CONCEPT! I informed me on timing of some regular service that I did not know. Highly recommend this Take 5 - thanks to Jess and her amazing team!
I showed up a little early before they opened (7:55am). Aidan (I’m pretty sure that was his name) pulled me in and got started right away on my oil change. I was so impressed that I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I have been there right when they opened before and I was the second person in line and it still took over an hour and a half to get my oil changed. I am not sure if they are under new management or what but I was very very impressed with the prompt service I received!!
