The difference is Quality and attention to the customer.
I was very happy with the service. Great team of employees who handled multiple customers very well. Very coordinated, quick and effective. Good leadership there too. The employee named Rocky was excellent, knew everything about every vehicle, and seemed that she was a natural leader. Expensive of course, but got a few extras. Overall, I’m quite happy.
The asst manager Melvin (I think?) helped me was very professional and personable. I’ve been a customer for years and highly recommend, great service and reasonable prices.
