Every single time I go to this location I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I receive! Even little things that aren’t charged like helping me get stickers off my windshield. They hunted down a clean razor and helped me with this little thing that had nothing to do with oil change, just because. This is the only location I will go to for service. Kindness to customers goes a long way for me, you guys have a loyal one in me!
The guys in Eunice LA are always kind, helpful and accommodating. I love the high standards of the customer service. I cannot express enough what the complimentary tire checks for air mean to me since there are no longer full service gas stations. That is a win for me and I’m sure many others. I will continue using Take 5 for my oil changes and other needs.
They filled my car up with oil as expected, I got a free top off, because frequently interstate driving and passing, sucked back a half a quart of oil in my engine. I even heard some tapping noise, so I needed extra oil. Thank You take 5
