Aurelia (sp ?)was so helpful and did a spectacular job of explaining to me what my car needed to get it back in shape after a bad oil change at another facility who actually only topped off my oil with I can & left it dirty as you see in the photo …not Take 5 Minute Oil Change. Thank you for getting the mess cleaned up. She showed me the dip stick that was shiny silver when she finished the job! Thanks Aurelia & Take 5 Minute Oil Change for a job well done!👍
Great experience at Take 5 thanks to Joe! My sister stopped in because her car was low on oil, and Joe was incredibly honest and helpful. Rather than trying to sell her a full oil change she didn’t need, he simply recommended adding oil and explained everything clearly. Joe was personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely puts the customer first. Highly recommend!
Joe was very professional, fun and caring. You can tell he loves what he does and enjoys helping others. Made sure everything was good before sending us on our way. Helped us get the best deal on the entire service. Double checked transmission leak for us to ensure we were good to go. Definitely recommend this team at Take 5!
