Joe at Take 5 was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he provide excellent service, but he also took the time to help me put air in my tires, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to lend a helping hand. Joe made my entire experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. If you’re stopping by Take 5, I highly recommend asking for Joe.. you won’t be disappointed!
Very professional. I was serviced immediately and quickly, I'll definitely continue going there. However they did get my name wrong (They said Fennon instead of Fennin) and they didn't get me a bottle of water until I asked.
So this is the second time I have used Take 5. The first time was not a good experience at all. But they did everything possible to make things right. So I took a chance and went back. And WOW was I surprised. The workers were working as a team calling out what they were doing to make sure everything was being done and safely. They also provided great customer service. This is how to operate a business. So happy I gave them a second shot. Would recommend this location to all.
