I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained every step of the process without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and they even checked things I wasn’t expecting just to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. It’s hard to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, but this team definitely does. The entire staff was so kind and efficient, especially the young lady, and I’ll call her the supervisor, because she took all the information, from my open car door window and she even got me to purchase an additional item or two. She was so kind that she had me and my 2 year old grandson entertained and the oil change process seem to go by in a minute. The work staff was professional and kind. Bye bye Pep Boys. The technicians were professional and helpful. I came in for a oil change ,they told me my oil change was not due yet, because it's 5k miles not 3k as I thought and I was 800 miles away before I needed to be checked to see if I needed to be topped off. I had a sticker from the previous oil change that said I was close to a oil change. Currently I am at 153,330 the sticker said 154,???. I'm still a little confused about that 😐. But they did show me my oil was clean and full, aired up my tires, just very good experience overall.
