I had a wonderful experience at Take 5 today! Braylin and Cody were both friendly, professional, and very helpful. They did a great job with my oil change and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service! I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and will definitely be coming back. Great job, Braylin and Cody!
I honestly can not remember the names of the technicians because I am so busy and too busy to run and get the forms out of my car. HOWEVER, THEY WERE AMAZING! They recommended everything that was needed to be checked and changed on my vehicle and I followed their recommendations! They were very concerned that I would be traveling today from Lafayette, La to Bennington, Vt over the next 2 days and did everything they could to make sure my car was in good running condition. My car actually now runs better and I noticed that it is better on gas usage. THANKS SO MUCH TO THE YOUNG MEN AT BREAUX BRIDGE, LA TAKE 5!
Great job Cody!!! We were passing through on our way from Texas to New Orleans and needed an oil change, we have a diesel Mercedes so not every oil change place can perform the service. Cody got us in and handled fast!!! Courteous, professional service, I highly recommend them.
