I had a great experience at Take 5! The staff was professional, friendly, and got my oil change done quickly. They explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into extra services. I also appreciated how convenient and efficient the process was I stayed in my car the entire time. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend this location to others.
The staff at the Boutte 5 minute oil change were all very courteous and helpful ! Each explained everything I needed to know and also would explain and show what was being asked of me . Then one of the workers showed me the dipstick so that I knew what the new oil looked like . They were all polite ! And gave me choices with explanations without being pushy to buy anything extra .
Very efficient and thorough without being pushy salespeople. Nathan explained everything I needed to know in great detail, fixed an issue I had noticed under the car, and changed a very difficult-to-access cabin air filter quickly and easily. Jadon was quick with the oil change and coolant exchange. I will continue to return to this location and highly recommend!
