I've gone to Take 5 Oil Change in Central on Sullivan Rd 2 times with 2 different vehicles. Very impressed by the guys that work there. I was concerned about going there because Take 5 business model can't be real & really how good could the service be? Because everywhere else takes an hour or more right? That's what we've all been programmed to think. But I can tell you they will get my business from now on. They are a '"yes ma'am/sir" business which is a breath of fresh air these days. They always have smiles & a bottle of cold water ready for everyone in the vehicle. They are very helpful & courteous with the customers & each other. Although it's hot they all look like they enjoy their jobs & being around each other. We have had zero problems with using them. I needed a new place to go bc the last time I had my oil changed at a place that shall not be named, they over tightened the oil drain plug & bent it causing oil to leak. This wasn't a vehicle that we drove every single day, so we didn't notice it at first. We drove to & from Florida unknowingly with a leak, got home parked it & then noticed an oil sheen after a few downpours. So we had to get it worked on & replace the drain plug. So glad I gave Take 5 a chance we'll be returning. Brooke B
Took my car in for an oil change, I was greeted with a friendly hi ma'am what can we do for you today! Three young men went to work on replacing the oil, ended up needing air filter and cabin filter. All three men were courteous, friendly and professional! The price was somewhat steep. Took about 15mins for everything to be done ! I recommend Take 5 !
Very, very polite, young man. The hard sell to upgrade this, that, and the other was not hard enough to have made me uncomfortable. I’ve been to the Walker, and Denham Springs location as well. I will make sure to come back here again. Any coupons?
