Mr. Rocke did my oil change and he was very informative and taught me a few things to help me out for when I am on my own. He’s a very sweet, funny, and caring man and he deserves all the best. I was having a really bad day and him and his team made me feel all better. He made sure every aspect of my vehicle was checked, refilled, and safe. He didn’t pressure me into buying any additional services, but showed me why things needed to be changed out such as a filter. Overall, the service was fantastic, funny, and enjoyable! If you are looking for a place in Baton Rouge to get an oil change, this is the place to go! They MAKE SURE that your vehicle is WELL taken care of!!
I’m Stacy Calligan, this was my first time going here. My husband Richard , normally takes the vehicles but he was at work. My experience started off bad because of Nate, he told me and I quote “ Go to the other one “ meaning the Take 5 on Bluebonnet because that’s normally where my husband would go and he said he had a discount over there and he asked Nate could he apply it and Nate said No , it wasn’t up for discussion with him and when my husband asked to speak to the manager that made him mad and he really didn’t want me or my husband to speak to the manager but it didn’t matter because the manager said the same thing, there was nothing he could do… I was about fed up and my husband was too , because he was on the phone at work and couldn’t do anything, but then TJ came and boy did everything change!!!! He not only gave me the discount, he made sure my husband’s truck was serviced right because he did it himself and he apologized for the other guys behavior!!!! If I ever have to get my husband’s vehicles serviced again, I will definitely take it to Take 5 and specifically ask for TJ and if he’s not there those other guys will not get my business nor my money!!!! Shout out to TJ for being outstanding in customer service and an all around great guy!!!! Thank You TJ
Came here again to get oil changed! TJ was so helpful, yet again! Thanks y’all! Went to the Take 5 off Burbank, right when they opened. TJ, and Tomas serviced my Tahoe. Super easy didn’t even have to get out my vehicle! See y’all again in 6 months or so! Thanks Take 5! Update! Went back to get my oil changed, yet again, and Rocke and Russell were amazing!
